Any cancellation of must be received in writing or via e-mail to konference@videszinatne.lv. For authors of scientific papers: a full refund will be given only if notice is received on or before August 1, 2010. Registrations may be transferred to co-authors at any time; just write to konference@videszinatne.lv with the details.
